The space

La Niña Chica occupies the top floor of a 4-storey building from the 1970s. The apartment is approximately 37 m2with a private terrace of 13 m2.

The location
It is located right in the centre of Málaga, in an authentic neighbourhood that is evolving into an artists’ quarter, with galleries, musicians and artisan workshops. The apartment is near Plaza de la Merced, the Picasso Foundation Museum and the Cervantes Theatre.
It is quiet neighbourhood, with small local shops (grocers, bakeries, fishmonger etc.). The food market is just a step away. The beach and harbour are a 15 minutes’ walk. There is also a wealth of restaurants and bars within easy access.
The main bus and train station is a 20 minutes’ walk away or roughly a €6 taxi ride. There is free street parking nearby, and paid underground parking lots also close by.
Other things to note
Like many of these small buildings in the city centre, there is no lift.
