A fully-renovated apartment in an 18th-century building at the heart of the historic centreof Cádiz, near the popular food market and the elegant Calle Ancha.

The space

The recent renovation has combined original features such as the tiled floor and timber beams with contemporary furniture and good quality equipment, creating a comfortable and relaxing space for your holiday. 

It is located on the 4thfloor of a protected 18thcentury merchant building, just below one of the watch towers, where traders viewed the incoming boats bring spices and gold from India and the Americas.

It consists of a living and dining area, a large double bedroom with balcony, a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom. There is a communal terrace where you can hang clothes and also enjoy great views over the Cádiz rooftops.

La Nube has good natural light and a communal roof terrace that offers 360 º views over the flat Cádiz rooftops. Access from the street is through a central patio, typical of the area.

Features

The apartment offers WiFi and TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. Radiators for the cooler months. 

The location

The apartment is in the historic centre of Cadiz. It is a couple of minutes’ walk to the main food market and to the popular Plaza de las Flores. The nearest beach (the much loved La Caleta) is only a 12-minute walk away. It is a short 5-minute bus ride to the large generous beaches of Playa Victoria. 

La Nube de San Miguel is without a doubt the perfect place to discover the bars, restaurants, museums, beaches and monuments of one of the oldest cities in Europe.

There is public parking nearby, though for longer stays, there is free parking near the beaches outside the Old Town and from there one can take a taxi or bus to the apartment. Within the city you can get around easily on foot. The main train station and bus station is a 10-minute walk away.

Other things to note

As with many historic buildings in the centre, there is no lift in the building.
